These terms explain general website and garment-care service conditions. Order-specific information may also appear on your booking page or receipt.
Garment-care services
Cleaning, pressing, alterations, repairs, specialty care, pickup and delivery depend on the item, fabric, construction, care label, condition, stains, prior treatment and service selected. Some items may require inspection before a final service recommendation, price or completion time can be confirmed.
Prices and timing
Website descriptions, estimated timing and promotional information do not override the price, service notes or terms confirmed for a specific order. Taxes and additional specialty-care charges may apply where disclosed.
Free pickup & delivery
Pickup and delivery is offered without a pickup or delivery fee. New customers receive 10% OFF their first pickup & delivery order. Any service minimums or order-specific conditions, if applicable, should be shown before order confirmation.
Third-party services
External booking, map, social-media and payment services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms.
Website availability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every browser, device, network or external service will always operate without interruption.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
